Stretcher Bars Classic No 6 Standard - 2cm deep - Lengths 30cm>200cm
Classic No 6 stretcher bars are termed 'standard'. The profile is 2cm in depth and wider than the Classic No 4 stretcher bars, a heavier duty option to consider. The lengths we stock are from 30cm all the way up to 2 metres.
The mitred ends are easy to tap together, we recommend a rubber mallet as the best tool for this task. For larger sized frames a crossbar is necessary to add stability to your frame. Our largest sized stretcher bars have two mitred crossbar holes. Measure the diagonals i.e. each corner to opposite corner and if these two measurements are equal your canvas frame is square and ready for stretching your fabric.
