Thursday 19th December - Last day for standard post - order by 12 noon.
Friday 20th December - Last day for courier deliveries - order by 10am.
If we use a courier for a small package on 20th December there will be an exrta charge - we will contact you.

DELIVERY TO OTHER AREAS & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
An estimated postage and packing charge will be calculated automatically at the checkout stage of your purchase. In the event that actual shipping costs are substantially higher the customer will be contacted to request additional payment before processing. If the actual shipping costs are substantially lower that the calculated web price, we will contact customers to advise them of the lower cost, the order will be amended and processed.
Local import regulations may restrict some products on www.pegasusart.co.uk. We reserve the right to decline any such order.
Payment of Import duties may be applicable for customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom. Since Brexit on 1st January 2021 this will effect our customers in European countries as well as Worldwide. Deliveries outside the UK will take longer to arrive at their destination.

Delivery is charged as priced on each order (Delivery to Other Areas & International delivery exceptions may apply)
*Exceptions to Free Delivery for orders over £50: 250cm, 275cm and 300cm sizes of stretcher bars/crossbars have an extra charge of £75 for deliver to Mainland UK. A member of Pegasus team will contact you for this payment after we have received your order. This is due to the exceptional high cost of transporting outsize goods via couriers. Delivery of Bespoke frames incur an extra charge on an individual basis. Extra packaging and volumetric courier costs for larger packages will be applied. The Bespoke service is not part of the *Free postage for orders over £50 offer.
STANDARD DELIVERY
We aim to process and dispatch orders within two working days. However at peak order times this may not always be possible so please allow 3-5 days for processing.
CLICK & COLLECT
How does it work:
Order online, choose the Click and Collect option at Checkout, wait for our email confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
Most orders will be ready to collect one working day after you order but please wait for our confirmation email before coming to collect.
What do you need to bring to collect your order?
We need to see proof of your order, either a hard copy or we will accept checking our confirmation email by sight from a distance on your mobile device.
Collection by someone else on your behalf will have to be agreed by prior consent with us. Proof of ID will be required from your nominated collector together with a copy of your confirmation email which we will look at from a distance.
What time can you pick up your order?
Once you have received our confirmation email that your order is ready, then you can collect anytime between 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5.00pm Saturdays (we are not open on Bank Holidays). Press the intercom button outside our front door, you will be let into the foyer to collect your order and with every care being paid to you and our staff keeping a safe distance.
How long will we hold your order?
We'll hold your order for 7 days from our confirmation email date. After this time we will cancel your order and refund your payment. Circumstances may arise when you wish us to hold your order for longer than 7 days, we are happy for you to contact us to organise this.
EXCLUSIONS: Items delivered direct by our approved suppliers** or special order items*** won't be available for Click & Collect.
**This refers to certain portfolios, boxes of canvases and certain large stock items.
***Particularly relates to Spectrum and Cranfield products.
