An estimated postage and packing charge will be calculated automatically at the checkout stage of your purchase. In the event that actual shipping costs are substantially higher the customer will be contacted to request additional payment before processing. If the actual shipping costs are substantially lower that the calculated web price, we will contact customers to advise them of the lower cost, the order will be amended and processed.
Local import regulations may restrict some products on www.pegasusart.co.uk. We reserve the right to decline any such order.
Delivery – Further Information
Delivery is charged as priced on each order (*Delivery to Other Areas & International delivery exceptions may apply)
We aim to process and dispatch orders within two days. However at peak order times this may not always be possible so please allow 3-5 days for processing.
Next Working Day Delivery
Next Working Day (Available Monday-Friday) and Saturday delivery options are only available for orders received by 12 noon. Once your have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
Smaller packages and parcels are sent via Royal Mail. Medium to larger items are sent by our courier partners. If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card asking you to contact them to arrange a new delivery. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; Saturday and “next working day” deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
Click and Collect
How does it work:
Order online, wait for our email confirmation that your order is ready for collection
Most orders will be ready to collect by 2pm the day after you order but please wait for our confirmation email before coming to collect.
What do you need to bring to collect your order?
We need to see proof of your order, either a hard copy or we will accept checking our confirmation email by sight on your mobile device.
Collection by someone else on your behalf will have to be agreed by prior consent with us. Proof of ID will be required from your nominated collector together with a copy of your confirmation email.
What time can you pick up your order?
After our confirmation email anytime between 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday (we are not open on Bank Holidays).
How long will we hold your order?
We’ll hold your order for 7 days from our confirmation email date. After this time we will cancel your order and refund your payment. Circumstances may arise when you wish us to hold your order for longer than 7 days, we are happy for you to contact us to organise this.
EXCLUSIONS: Items delivered direct by our approved suppliers* or special order items** won’t be available for Click & Collect. *this refers to certain portfolios, boxes of canvases and certain large stock items **particularly relates to Spectrum and Cranfield products
