The workshop focuses on how to keep your landscapes loose and energetic, working with a restricted palette and limited time. Andrew will demonstrate how he works followed by an opportunity for one to one tuition and guidance as you work towards developing your own landscape. Participants will learn how to select their subject to achieve an effective composition, learn how to mix with a restricted palette and apply a range of dynamic brush marks to create that finishing touch to turn a painting from good to great. Above all students will gain more confidence to be able to leave a painting and accept that it is finished before over-working and ruining the vision for the painting. You will be working from photographs supplied by the tutor with plenty of practical advice from an experienced plein air painter.
About Andrew
Andrew Field is an award-winning artist who has painted all of his life. After graduating from Lancaster University in 2001 and receiving a scholarship for his contribution to the Arts faculty he decided to live for many years in the United Arab Emirates teaching and painting. In that time he had many solo and group exhibitions and over a period of ten years established himself as a recognised artist painting renditions of the landscape of Abu Dhabi, notably Saadiyat Island that is now home to The Louvre, Abu Dhabi. Andrew moved back to the UK in 2015 and has a studio in Stratford Upon Avon. He is an ambassador for Wallace Seymour art materials. https://www.andrewfieldfineart.com/

You don’t need to bring an easel, chair or board as these are all supplied by Pegasus Art.

Delivery is charged as priced on each order (International delivery exceptions apply).
Standard Delivery: We aim to process and dispatch orders within two days. However at peak order times this may not always be possible so please allow 3-5 days for processing.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

Returns
We hope you are very happy with every purchase from Pegasus Art however if you are not entirely satisfied we are here to help.
Please contact us by phone or email on info@pegasusart.co.uk. This is so one of our staff can determine whether you would like to return the product for a refund or exchange the product.
Returns
You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received your item and inspected it we will contact you.
If your return is approved, we will initiate an immediate exchange or refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
Products returned by you within the seven-day cooling-off period will be refunded in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
