Winsor & Newton Artisan Water Soluble oil paint is immensely popular with those artists' who dislike the smell of solvents or who cannot use tradional oils due to pressure of studio space. The linseed and safflower oils mixed with the pigments have been modified and can be mixed with water. The clean up operation is also by soap and water.
